We want you to love your Oneaura order. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Eligibility

Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

How to report an issue

Email oneaurateam@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and respond within 48 hours.

Sizing

Please refer to our size guide on each product page before ordering. We recommend sizing up for a more oversized fit. As each item is made to order we cannot accept returns for sizing issues, so please check the guide carefully.

Damaged or incorrect items

If we made a mistake or your order arrived damaged, we will send a replacement immediately at no charge to you. No need to return the original item.
